The best album of all time? Many people think so. It's certainly a great rock & roll album. But more than that it's one of the most influential rock albums. I remember hearing Smells Like Teen Spirit for the first time. It felt exciting, something new. Later on, Kurt Cobain would explain it was their version of a Pixies song. But there are more highlights like Lithium and Come As You Are. Anyway, it was a refreshing new sound for the 90's. It started the grunge sound and it was the soil for a lot of new bands.
